Please take great care turning off State Highway 2 into our gateway. The road can be very busy with traffic traveling at 100km+. If you are coming from the South on SH2, you will need to pull over to the left and wait till the road is clear before crossing both lanes and into the driveway.

Bus Depature Times to Come
We will be organising buses to and from Greytown, Featherston, and Martinborough. They will be leaving Greytown at xx, Featherston xx, and Martinborough at xx. If you’re taking a bus, please make sure you get there early so that you don’t miss the coach.
For those of you driving to the event personally, there will be parking set up in one of the paddocks. Please follow the signage.

If you’d like to camp onsite for the Wedding, you’ll be set up in a paddock away from the house.
Please note that you must be self-contained to camp at The Paddock, as we only have tank water available on-site. Power will not be provided, however, we will have a temporary toilet and shower available nearby.
We’ll be very busy with the final preparations for the Wedding so won’t be on hand to help hammer in pegs! But, will look forward to seeing you at the Wedding on the designated hour.

The Paddock is an hour and 20 drive from Wellington Central, but if you are staying for the weekend there are three towns nearby.
It is a long weekend, so we suggest you book accommodation promptly. Our insider knowledge says there are three other weddings taking place during this weekend and spots will go quickly.
The three closest towns to The Paddock are:
Greytown, often called New Zealand’s most beautiful small town; boasts tree-lined streets, Victorian architecture, and a thriving café and shopping scene.
Featherston serves as the gateway to the region, rich with history and it is now known for its unique bookshops and arts community (it’s the book capitol of the Wairarapa!)
Martinborough is famed for its vineyards and cycle-friendly wine trails, drawing visitors to sample good food, wine and a relaxed village atmosphere.
